On Monday, August 5th, I’m going to start hosting a radio show: The Dead Good Poetry Show and I’d love for you to join me. You’ll be able to hear the show from anywhere in the world by tuning in at the appropriate time (8:00pm until 10:00pm BST) and clicking on any of the buttons on the right hand side of this page. It couldn’t be easier.

What’s the show about?

The Dead Good Poetry Show is a radio programme about poetry. It’s two hours of music, chat, interviews and, of course, poetry.

There will be recordings of live poets – many from the Dead Good Poet open mic events.

There will be chats and interviews with some favourite poets.

There will be a chance to participate in the show through email, FaceBook or Twitter.

There will be some appropriate tunes that hopefully tie in with the week’s theme.

It’s going to be a lot of fun. The first show starts on Monday August 5th, from 8:00pm until 10:00pm, and it will be great to know you’re out there and listening.

In other words - no pressure, but you have a worldwide audience for your first show :-)

Thank you. And I hope you have fun in the US of A.
