Tonight (Saturday August 17th, BST) I finally get
round to hosting the first episode of the Dead Good Radio Show. You can find it
by clicking on any of the buttons on the right of the screen. If you’re unable
to do that, if you’re reading this on a mobile device or if there is some other
technical issue, you can hear the show by tuning into Fylde Coast Community
Radio between 8:00pm and 10:00pm on Saturday evening.
As I’ve mentioned previously, the show will include
interviews with poets and writers. It will include some music. And it will
include some pithy observations about poetry and writing in general.
However, rather than spoil any of the forthcoming interviews
that will be coming up, I thought I’d share here today some of the questions I
have discovered should NEVER be asked during interviews.
Have you always been a woman?
Which is better: a KwikFit fitter or Tina Turner?
Do people really pay you money to do that?
Why do birds suddenly appear?
Are those real?
Who wants to be a millionaire?
Have you got any spare change?
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
Who are you?
Dontcha wish your girlfriend was hot, like me?
When will I, will I, be famous?
Buddy, can you spare a dime?
What becomes of the broken-hearted?
Are your critics right to call you an ass-clown?
Haven’t I seen you on Crime Watch?

I think you should ask at least one guest all these questions.
Looking forward to the show
As I'm hoping to have you as a guest one day soon, I might try that out when you're in the hot seat.
:-)
