The Talk

Hello son, please come in and sit down. It’s time we had “the talk.” Please bear with me as I never done this before. You see, umm, when two villages really love each other and they want to show that love they, well, umm, they have a joint fair or Gala. Yes like ‘Twinning’ only much closer. No I’ve never heard of half those places either.

The thing is, sometimes these villages get carried away and if they’re not careful they expand. Spreading out across the hills and become more of a burden. There’s nothing wrong with this but if you not expecting it and it’s not what you actually wanted it can cause problems. Increasing the number of your dwellings can be a lovely thing, but without the proper preparations you can be completely overwhelmed.

It’s always best to not take the risk and ensure that you always take precautions. Always cover your villagers at local fairs with a marquee. I know in the heat of the moment it’s easy to forget, but why take the risk of having wet parishioners for the sake of a couple of hours construction.

So basically what I’m saying is, it’s ok to have fun at the fair, and it’s OK to join villages and become bigger, but just think about it, be safe and don’t take the risk of unexpected expansion.

If you have any more questions, I mean I’m no expert, just pop down to the ‘Town Planning Clinic.’
