Poetic Structure

Poetic structure. Is it a;




Rigid, unyealding, forced.

Or is it a;


Immediately recognisable as a particular form, but each one unique and beautiful.



I really don't know the answer, I don't think I'm qualified to judge as I don't write a great deal of poetry. But I know the debate will rage onwards. What do you think?

I like the picture of the Argos babysitter at the top of this page :-) If only I'd had one of those a couple of decades ago...

I think most people would agree that it's the second image, at least I think so anyway. ;-) xxx
